Class Descriptions:  

All Traditions Vinyasa Yoga: Individual practice and Instruction according to individual needs and chosen focus. Traditional mysore style instruction in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Vinyasa Krama method, and therapeutics utilizing props. Open practice room with contemplative space to support your practice of breath/movement/stillness.

Ashtanga Mysore Yoga: This ancient practice builds strength, flexibility, and stamina. Learn this practice individually in a group setting. Appropriate for all levels; beginners to advanced practitioners.

Feldenkrais:  The  Feldenkrais Method®  is a unique approach to human movement and learning for anyone who wants to reconnect with their natural abilities to move, think, and feel.  

Gentle Yoga:  This class emphasizes balance, strength, hip stability and maintenance of bone mass; come and take care of yourself. No yoga experience required and suitable for all ages.   

Mindful Yoga:  Using the breath as our guide, this class brings attention to the connection between mental focus and physical sensations. Adjusting postures to meet the student's needs, we will create ease in the body and mind allowing for relaxation and self acceptance with one's efforts.  

Qigong (Chi Gung)  Qigong is an ancient Chinese form of mind, body, and breath integration exercise that has provided health benefits to people for thousands of years. Like swimming in air, this   dynamic sequence of postures combines joint opening, gentle strengthening, and internal organ massage.  

Restorative Yoga:  Release the day's stress with evening practice. Flowing asanas, passive restorative postures, breathwork and moments of silence help quiet your body and mind.  

Strength, Flexibility, and Balance:  Focus on stability, strength and flexibility in key areas of the body- hips, low back, neck, and shoulders.  

Vinyasa Krama Yoga:   Art of yoga: Breath and movement are linked with diverse, customizable sequencing for optimal comfort and challenge. Pranayama, chanting, and meditation practices are an integral part of this practice resulting in a very balanced yoga practice.
