Alan Reynolds RYT, LMT
Alan's teaching style promotes honoring each individual's inner wisdom, practicing according to the present moment's situation, and letting the breath lead the practice. Having practiced through the fourth series of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga Alan is capable of guiding students to exceptionally challenging levels. Alan has found gentleness and kindness towards the practice with no fixed agenda to be most efficient and intelligent. Only through practice can we face our obstacles and polish the shining light within us.
Alan has extensive experience in many Yoga, meditation, and bodywork methods. Alan has completed teacher training programs with Srivatsa Ramaswami at LMU, Richard Freeman, Lisa Walford, and Kristin Laak. Having studied with many superb senior teachers in several disciplines Alan has been especially inspired by Chuck Miller. Alan has studied and taught in India and the Asia-Pacific region.
An L.M.T. in Hawaii, Alan specializes in Fluidspiral Manual Therapy (craniosacral, lymph, visceral, neural therapies) and Structural Integration. Alan has been a massage practitioner since 1988.
